Shipping & Returns
Orders will ship out within 72 hours for ready-to-ship items unless otherwise specified. Custom/personalized items will ship out within 14 days unless otherwise specified. KNG Designs strives to get orders out as quickly as possible. In order to do this, orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. After the 6 hour window, a cancellation can not be guaranteed. After an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Items will ship via USPS or UPS depending on selection. Items will be packaged to help insure safe arrival with tracking on every shipment.
Once a package is released to the shipping carrier, delays are out of my control.
Buyer is responsible to make sure the address entered for shipping is correct. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will fix the address if the item has not shipped out. If it has shipped we will do our best to help, but ultimately depends on the shipping carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned. If you have an issue, please contact us and I will do my best to resolve the issue. Please note, items may vary slightly from product to product due to the nature of hand made items.
Returns accepted on ready-to-ship items up to 14 days after delivery for defective items. Exchanges can be made up to 30 days after delivery for non-personalized items. Photos may be requested before return/exchange process is initiated. Returns or exchanges for reasons out of KNG Design's control may be subject to a return fee to cover additional shipping.
All items must be unused and in new condition. Refunds and exchanges will be sent once items are received back by KNG Design and reviewed to match the claim.
