KNG Design is a small women owned business. I strive to use quality materials to provide the best possible product I can. This business is always growing and changing as I experiment with new materials, processes, technology and ideas.

I do my best to make amazing products for my customers, but at the end of the day...I'm human and mistakes do happen on occassion. If you have any issues with your order please contact me at krystal.kngdesign@gmail.com. Please include your order number and description of your issue. I will do my best to resolve the issue.

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once an order is marked as shipped it can no longer be cancelled. Be sure to proofread any personalization you add to a product and verify your shipping address. Refunds will not be given due to personalization or shipping address incorrectly submitted. Refunds will only be issued for items in new condition sent back to me within 14 of delivery. Refund will be processed after the items are received back to me and have been inspected. Buyer must pay for return shipping if returning an item for any reason outside of my control (i.e. decided really didn't want it, shipping was delayed in transit, ordered the wrong size, etc).

Those who choose to do a chargeback will be blacklisted from KNG Design and all future orders will be automatically cancelled. KNG Design is a very small business and cannot afford the hits of chargebacks. If you have a problem with your order, contact me and I will help to resolve the issue.
