Customized or personalized items cannot be returned. If you have an issue, please contact us and I will do my best to resolve the issue. Please note, items may vary slightly from product to product due to the nature of hand made items.
Returns accepted on ready-to-ship items up to 14 days after delivery for defective items. Exchanges can be made up to 30 days after delivery for non-personalized items. Photos may be requested before return/exchange process is initiated. Returns or exchanges for reasons out of KNG Design's control may be subject to a return fee to cover additional shipping.
All items must be unused and in new condition. Refunds and exchanges will be sent once items are received back by KNG Design and reviewed to match the claim.
Orders will ship out within 5 business days for ready-to-ship items. Custom/personalized items will ship out within 14 days.
Items will ship via or UPS depending on selection. Items will be packaged to help insure safe arrival with tracking on every shipment.
Once a package is released to the shipping carrier, delays are out of my control.
You are responsible to make sure the address entered for shipping is correct. If you notice and error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will fix the address if the item has not shipped out. If it has shipped we will do our best to help, but ultimately depends on the shipping carrier.
